Rates

October - February

           Weekly Rental: $1,200.00

       Daily Rental:     $250.00 per night - three night minimum               

March - September

       Weekly Rental:  $1,400.00 

       Daily Rental:     $300.00 per night - three night minimum

2009 Special Events

       Race Week: February 8-15            $3,000.00 per week 

          Bike Week: February 27-March 8    $3,000.00 per week

       Spring Break: March/April              $1,500.00 per week 

          Biketoberfest: October 15-18         $1,500.00 (three nights)

Notes:

12.5% hotel tax to the above mentioned rates

$125.00 cleaning fee

$250.00 refundable damage deposit
